Long gap between stations along the protected 2nd ave bike lane, could use a station just north, along, or just south of the park
Two great parks along the Hudson River that are underserved by the citibike network
At the entrance of Stockton Playground. Every park or playground has a Citi Bike dock except for this one! The sidewalk is huge and wouldn't interfere.
A bike stop next to the Target would be super convenient! Not to mention it would be an added stop to help commuters to the hospital each day.
This stop could use more bikes. It's usually not well stocked and considering it's right in front of the hospital it would be great to have more for people needing easy transportation to Bellevue. I also always see extra bikes here that aren't docked which is frustrating because 1) you can't use those bikes and 2) they block docks so if it's too crowded there isn't room to dock.
There was a stop here that was recently removed and I'm not sure why. This was my go-to stop and now there are limited bikes in my area because hospital workers also need them. Bring this one back !!
Docking stations are consistently empty in the low 100's on the Upper West Side from RSD to CPW. The 90's are not much better. Just went to 5 stations before I found a (working) bike. Every station had either broken bikes or broken docks.
Need bikes closer to Park Ave where several office buildings are located, as well as the 6 Subway Entrance (28th St Stop).
This Murray Hill area is *always* lacking bikes. This is a major intersection that is also far from Buses and Subways -and- suffers from congestion so taking a cab is difficult. This is also a location near many high rise apartments and a few blocks from large corporate buildings.
i'm not suggesting you put a bike station at the Dyckman farmhouse. I'm suggesting you put one at the western end of Dyckman Street, in close proximity to a marina, an outdoor restaurant, a canoe club, and a major park as well as an exit ramp for the Hudson river Greenway. If Deichmann street was a choice in the drop down I would have chosen it and I wonder why it's not as this is such a logical place For a Citi Bike station.
