Great transportation Hub going to send from the Willis Bridge. Two blocks from the Mottley Kitchen, a trendy cafe and coffee spot. Nice spot in the community. Also La Morada restaurant. Dunkin’ Donuts a block away.

There are new luxury condos, hotels being built or already built. There is a new Mott Haven Bagel & Barrista, Freshly Made (a health food bar), State Farm, Gun Hill Tavern, etc. The 138th/3rd Avenue subway station. Bx21, 32, 33, 15, 1, 2 buses.

Right in front of the new, trendy commercial space called Union Crossing. Along with opportunity for tenants and visitors to bring there own bikes, a Citibike station will be good for the area too. Can also cruise towards nearby taverns like the Bronx Tavern, Milk Burger on Bruckner Blvd., Pier 132, Fresh Direct, The Lit Bar, Beatstro, Ceetay, etc.

This is convenient for anyone who wants to use the bike path down in the park for leisure or commute option.
