Seconding the comment about people endlessly double-parking in front of the B82 stop between 28th Ave and Bay 49th. The bus can’t see us waiting and it’s very dangerous to get on and off.

More frequent and reliable X28/X38 service. It is a critical transit route for us especially during off peak hours, for doctors and other reasons. Yet it can be unreliable and buses don’t show up, and we’re left stranded and late for appointments.

All of the streets near the on and off ramps of the Belt should have delays so that pedestrians can begin crossing before cars can turn. Cars turning the moment the light turns endangers pedestrians and the cars are all going very fast over there.

Add speed bumps on Neptune avenue westbound between west 5th and west eight streets.

This Brighton Beach playground is in an abysmal state. The baby swings and ground are in desperate need of repair, the sprinklers in the summer are barely functioning, the infrastructure of this playground has not been updated in at least 3 decades. I love what the parks department did to the SeaBreeze playground, why can't this park also be overhauled? I think it's about time for some major renovations to this playground for all to enjoy.

On both Subway stops (Brighton 5th and Brighton 7th) there are no elevators. In a neighborhood with an overwhelming elderly population we should have been prioritized for new elevator construction but instead the focus has been further up on the B and Q lines. We desperately need elevators in Brighton Beach to get our aging residents up to the platform. An escalator simply is not enough since it only takes you to where you swipe in, our residents then have to maneuver up a giant flight of stairs, making accessibility nearly impossible for those with disabilities, how is this in any way ADA compliant???

Along the length of Brighton Beach Avenue from Brighton 1st to Coney Island Avenue, there are CONSISTENTLY double parked cars preventing the smooth flow of traffic and buses from stopping at their designated stops. Every single day from morning to night time but especially during the weekday hours there are always cars double parked creating 1 lane of traffic instead of 2, this impedes the flow of traffic on a consistent basis.

The subway service at Stillwell Station has too many weekday and Weekend reroutes and shuttle bus routes!! It’s very overwhelming when trying to get to other areas even in Brooklyn that should have a travel time of 15mins it’s taking over 30mins. Unacceptable. There should be a balance in the reroutes throughout the week. At times there has been but in recent times it has not.

The B74 has no accurate and on time schedule. It comes when it wants and wait times can say 10-40mins. The bus gets crowded quickly during rush hours and double parking violations at stops need to be enforced. The drivers are not seeing pedestrians at the stop or disable ppl have to go in the street just to gain the driver’s attention.
