There is an existing well used bike lane on the Bergen, putting a station at this corner could provide access to that bike lane.
There should be a citibike dock near the Brooklyn museum/Brower park. The only dock that serves this entire area is on Bedford—it’s not enough!
A Citi Bike station on Dean Street between Nostrand and New York Avenues would connect well into the existing bike lane network, as there is a westbound bike lane on the street. Another good option would be on Bergen Street between Nostrand and New York Avenues, where there is an eastbound bike lane. As other commenters have noted, there are a pair of churches on the south side of the Dean St block that sometimes attract lots of cars on weekends. The north side of the block, therefore, would be a better option. Thanks for your work.
Great location’
Great connection to busing other transit.
Great location for Citi bike in a popular neighborhood.
Near subway, but opposite corner due to overcrowded area.
Lots of restaurants here
This space in the park above tennis courts is under-utilized and could hold a parking station. It's an often empty grass area.
just outside of the boundary across the street there is an underutilized plaza area between the school and the housing.
