This is a Sanitation facility where workers park on the sidewalk. Even if there is the width on the sidewalk to place a station there, they will park and block it in. Across the street at the hospital would be less drama probably.

Put one by the hospital, please. This side is the entrance to where the COVID testing line is.
This would be a very good spot for a citibike
Empire Blvd has a bike lane and Kingston has many businesses. There is plenty of space in the parking lanes for a bike station
Next to major subway station and streets (Eastern Pkwy and Utica). Plennty of parking on service road for a Citi Bike station
Next to major thoroughfare (Utica and Empire). This spot has an underutilized parking lane which would be perfect for a Citi Bike station
Dead end street seems like a great place to put a dock.
Great need for commuter bikes here
Plenty of space on eastern parkway and right by a subway stop.
Good location for access to Weeksville museum
