Sidewalks on Flatbush Avenue are very narrow and it is a busy pedestrian/commercial and public transit corridor. There are also large residential buildings. Definitely would not fit on sidewalks. For the same reason, citibike racks in parking lane would greatly interfere with merchants loading and unloading, merchant parking, moving vans, buses etc. in addition to individual car parking. Citibike racks in this part of the neighborhood should be limited to park entrances since there is no public transportation across the park. Sidewalks on Rogers Avenue and Nostrand Avenue are significantly wider - up to 25 feet in some locations and could be considered there if merchants are not using for a sidewalk cafe.
Good location for people using the sports fields
Close the slip lane and use it for CitiBike docks. This is a great connector to the Rockaway Pkwy bike lane
2-way lane on St John's Pl is a convenient connector west to/from Brownsville. Put a dock in the excess lined space in the street
Put docks as close to edge of expansion area as possible to serve Brownsville. This dock is near the Bergen/St Marks lanes to connect Brownsville residents further west
Expand CitiBike at Broadway Junction - subway connections
CitiBike here could provide connections to L train and LIRR. Put it in the roadway for traffic calming, since so many drivers speed down this part of Atlantic and ENY Aves
Please expand further into East New York, areas like Brownsville absolutely need it
