Good Citi Bike Station location
Good Location for a Citi Bike Station
Skillman Ave - 54 St - 54 St

I would use a Citibike from this spot every day.

Great spot for citibike stand ~ would be very convenient for the neighborhood and by the Walgreens

It's a perfect Central spa and right between two busy train stations. I have not yet signed up for citibike solely because there are no places here to get to one.

This intersection is a no-brainer. 40th St. is quiet and doesn't get much traffic compared to Queens Blvd., so would be much better for a specific location at this intersection.

Not suitable for Citi Bike Station
Location Not Suitable for Citi Bike Station
Celtic Ave - 50 Ave - 43 St

This location is not suitable. There is heavy vehicle traffic at this corner, there is no crosswalk for pedestrians to access it. This is the nexus of two heavily burdened storm drains and is prone to collecting water during rainstorms. There are no nearby public trash cans. As it is, this corner accumulates trash discarded from moving and parked vehicles and gutter currents. A Citibike stand would only result in more litter accumulation and clogging of the storm drains. Please do not place Citibike here. There are locations closer to Queens Blvd, and therefore subway and bus stops, that are more suitable and convenient for Citibike users, and less burdensome on residents of the street.

We need more transit options in Industrial neighborhoods. Often see workers getting to work on bike, this would be an amenity they could use and a way for CitiBike to correct the ongoing lack of Industrial deployment of the network.

Shift in grid makes for a good spot for docks as travel patterns/modes often also shift here.

A primary passage point between Glendale to the east and Ridgewood to the west, natural for a station here with wide streetscape and extra large sidewalks.
