This feedback map is for the 2022 Queens Citi Bike expansion, which focuses on Queens Community Boards 2 and 5. Neighborhoods in this area include Sunnyside, Woodside, Maspeth, and Fresh Pond. Please read the "Feedback Map Instructions" page before adding comments to give our planners the most helpful feedback. Please add the markers/pins as close to an intersection as possible. If there is a marker/pin at your suggested intersection, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, you can also email your suggestions us at bikeshare@dot.nyc.gov.

Excellent location as it's near subway, grocery store, in between skillman and 43rd ave which both have bike lanes already going opposite directions

Starr Ave - 34 St - Van Dam St

This is a very busy intersection and would not be safe, especially when shows are in. This area is also horrible for parking as it is so it will take away much needed parking spots. Especially for production trucks when the shows are filming.

Starr Ave - Van Dam St - Queens

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY BUSY, CONGESTED INTERSECTION WITH A LOT OF TRUCK TRAFFIC. PLACING A BIKE STATION HERE WOULD ONLY INVITE A TRAGIC INCIDENT. VAN DAM @ 35TH STREET WOULD BE A SAFER LOCATION AND WOULD NOT AFFECT BUSINESSES AND RESIDENTS. PLEASE RECONSIDER.

Van Dam St - 35 St - Van Dam St

It makes more sense to have the bikes on the triangle corner. The bus stop is there and that is a very wide sidewalk with nothing on it. The other option it the corner of 35th and Van Dam.

Great location on the corner near the school. Also, avoid being directly outside residential building.

The sidewalk here would not be suitable due the the amount of catering trucks/lines that are always here.
