Not suitable for Citi Bike Station
Location Not Suitable for Citi Bike Station
39 Drive - 52 St - 54 St

Removing any street parking along this stretch of 39th dr. to 54th st would be a massive loss for the residents of this densely-populated 2 block area with 4 apt towers. Any docks along Windmueller and Doughboy parks need to be located on the sidewalks NOT on the streets. Street park is too precious here and there will be massive public outcry if street parking is removed here. The sidewalks along the park are large enough to accommodate long docks.

Location Not Suitable for Citi Bike Station
65 Pl - Laurel Hill Boulevard - Laurel Hill Boulevard

This is a terrible location. Too much road and foot traffic, and it is sometimes impossible to cross the street the way everyone runs the red lights (not to mention all the drag racers). This is also a high crime area, as are most parks in the area. I suggest you put the criminals back in jail and keep them off the streets first.

this section of sidewalk right here next to the entrance to Doughboy park would be ideal for docks. Foremost the sidewalk is large enough to accommodate a long dock without having to use any street space — thus not remove street parking which is precious on 39th dr. as it becomes 54th st. at this corner along the park. Any dock location along Doughboy or Windmueller parks must be on the sidewalk, rather than on 39 dr/54 st. There is simply too little street parking in this area for the density (with the 4 apt towers that are on this small 2-block stretch)

there is already a large area cordoned-off as part of the redesign of the Skillman Ave a few years ago — thus no parking would have to be removed from this section.

Major interchange between two bus routes and two subway routes. Also adjacent to big-box retail but also a Stop and Shop (so, likely a one-way trip on Citibike).

Excellent place for a citi bike station right beside a corner park with lots of sidewalk space.
