West Kingsbridge Rd - Webb Ave - Sedgwick Ave

A dock should be placed here as this is the main intersection/entrance for the VA hospital. the dock in CB7 at Webb/190 st is too far south to be viable for visitors/employees commuting via kingsbridge road

A citi bike dock here would make the bus stops in this intersection more accessible

This is not the ideal location for the bike racks because this is an elementary school, which means it gets busy during pickup and drop off. Moreover, the area lacks parking so taking away parking spots will impact teachers parking.

There is a wide (deep)sidewalk along Broadway at 237th Street. Close to the subway and shops without being in the way of pedestrians.

West 240 St - Van Cortlandt Park South - Connector

Why not include 242 Street Station?!?! Or better yet, add a few stations along Broadway north to Lakeview Pl / HHP entrance. This corridor is perfect for adding CitiBike! It could help with First/Last Mile Connections to/from the subway. It connects to the park. There is the bike lane along the park! I do not understand why you didn't include Riverdale (maybe it is a political thing?), but I really don't understand why you wouldn't include a few stations further north along Broadway to help with connections to VCP.
