Somewhere on 180th St in the West Farms Area would be good
This would be a perfect spot to either ride down Broadway into Manhattan for work or take a bike into Van Cortlandt Park to ride on the bike path.
I believe at least 3-4 citi-bike stations could be added along broadway and van cortlandt park. one near the southern end of the park, one near the tortoise and the hare statue, one around 256th street and one near the north end of the park.
Good location for a dock. There is a staircase west of here that leads up to Tiebout Ave, and the 183rd St. Subway Stations.
No bike stands around the area but many citi bikes found here?
Our Lady of Angels parking lot is actually legally a right of way. The gate was recently built there in violation of the right-of-way. It could be removed for a Citibike location.
Two bus stops were recently removed from Sedgwick Avenue, just south of the church parking lot. So, either side of Sedgwick here could be used. Recently built and renovated buildings converted segments of the curbs to driveways, but this was not legally approved.
238 and broadway
great area bronx park south
Located by the newly rejuvenated Bronx River Park. Citi Bike would be a great addition to the rapidly growing residential area in and around West Farms Square East - Tremont Avenue 2/5 Station.
