This feedback map is for the 2023 Queens Citi Bike expansion, which focuses on Queens Community Boards 3 and 4. Neighborhoods in this area include Jackson Heights, Corona, Elmhurst, and East Elmhurst.

Recently, NYC DOT presented the draft plan presentations for Community Board 3 (PDF) and Community Board 4 (PDF). These maps show the planned locations for Citi Bike stations within these districts. Good Citi Bike Station location

78 St - Northern Boulevard - 34 Ave

By putting a bike station in Travers Park, you don’t lose parking spots, there’s plenty of room and it fits into the recreational model of a park.

Not suitable unless placed against the walls of the pool. Sidewalks are narrow and the streets are narrow. Many private driveways on this strip and visibility for both biker and driver is an issue.
