This is a residential street already suffering with the over flow of delivery and rush hour traffic and no infrastructure to support the cars that belong to those that live in the area and ESPECIALLY not the huge number of WORKING vehicles that come to the area every day. Infrastructure is the problem here, it's not that people own multiple cars for leisure. Bike racks should be in commercial areas where people visit and where streets have already been closed
