The timing of this intersection violates federal and state standards since all approaches are downhill. A 3 second yellow period does nopt allow suficient reaction time.

Redesign this most confusing knot of converging/crossing roadways. For instance more safe pedestrian crossings, better signage, improve and add bike lane flow.

This is the most confusing coming cross roads conglomeration that is long overdue for a redesign. Better signage, more pedestrian crossings, add bike lane flow.
