It would be great to see a protected bike lane (the green ones on the NYC bike map) throughout University Ave. and Goulden Ave. all the way from W Tremont Ave. to Van Cortland Park.
Relocate the waste transfer station in the Harlem River Yard in the South Bronx to around Yankee Stadium parking lot at 800 Exterior Street and then convert the rail line to a greenway betrween Yankee Stadium and the South Bronx. Only the waste transfer station uses the rail line so move it farther north to repurpose the rail line to a greenway. That whole Oak Point rail line was a boondoggle from the 1980s-1990s and converting to a greenway is the better choice. Relocating the waste transfer station to 800 Exterior Street places it closer to highway ramps for easier access too.

The long Oak Point Link rail line is a barrier. See if it is possible to attach a wing/outboard lane to the existing pillars to have the greenway adjacent to the rail line. A similar proposal was for adding a winged bike path to the Verrazono Bridge structure. These pillars are supporting a heavy rail line so maybe they can support a 12ft greenway attached to the west of it.
make the ramps at 153 street part of the greenway. no new bridges would be required.
Repurpose the underutilized Southbound Exit 6 viaduct to be part of the greenway. This would be similar to the High Line. The ramp has very little traffic and would be an easy way to build out the greenway between 162 street and 153 street... this also avoide having to do any work near metro-north
Make a good and safe connection via Sedgwick Avenue between the High Bridge path down to Sedgwick Avenue and Depot Place access.
The distance between potential access points at Roberto Clemente Bridge and Depot Place bridge is pretty far apart. To maximize use of the greenway, add a walkway bridge at approximately 174th Street to connect the waterfront with Undercliff Avenue. The topography is best suited for a bridge at Undercliff and not Sedgwick.
make it clear of how to get to the greenway from this area. around Cedar Avenue and Matthewson Place
Need a bridge here since no land for connection
