Roosevelt Ave - Stadium Pl South - Fmcp Nycta-lirr Pedestrian Brdg

Roosevelt Ave is a pretty daunting trip to take on bike, but is one of the few connections you have directly between NW and NE Queens. On top of a desperately needed repaving, this road is wide enough to support a PBL, if not under the tracks, adjacent to them on the Citi Field side (considering that is public land).

Shea Rd - Grand Central Pkwy Et 9 E Wb - Boat Basin Pl

I for one do not want a casino developed upon city land, but if ANY development is to be had on city land, there should be STRICT requirements for whoever that might be to have significant public investment in connecting Corona to FMP, The Marina to Mets Willets Point, and redesign all surrounding roadways for walkability and bike ability. (I know this is not DOT but) Please stop giving land handouts to private developers and letting them skip out on the public investment, ESPECIALLY with publicly owned land.

114 St - 34 Ave - 114 St

114th Street is dangerous for all users. The intersection of 34th Ave and 114th should provide safe access for all users to the park.

34 Ave - 100 St - 101 St

The 34th Ave redesign should extend, if not as a shared street, at least as a safer street. The tranquility and safety of 34th Ave ends at Junction Boulevard where it then becomes a process of doing people parked in the bike lane along with the pavement that badly needs to be resurfaced. Please extend all the way to Flushing Meadows Park.

If there are plans to connect 31st Aves bike lane through to 51st, it could be beneficial to have a protected connection leading you to 34th Ave. While the section between Broadway and 69th Street is not protected, that could also be introduced to provide a safe connection to 34th Avenue, which is currently the best way to get East-West through Jackson Heights.

Astoria Boulevard - 91 St - 92 St

Unsure of how to best connect the bikeway through with the GCP and ST Cemetery being large physical boundaries, but I think while this is to be a waterfront path, bypassing Laguardia by using Astoria Boulevard would be a great traffic calming measure for this nightmare of a road. This could either direct bikers towards the Northern Boulevard Bridge or divert them onto 27th Ave towards the Marina. (or both lol)

this is probably one of the best bike intersections in the entire city, if not the country. The transformation of 31st Ave has created such a more welcoming environment for all users

Narrow Roadway
Narrow Roadway
Shore Boulevard - 21 Ave - 21 Rd

Shore Boulevard here is very narrow. Im not sure how complicated it would be, but turning it into a one way with a continuation of the Shore Boulevard Bike lane would be a great connector

Please place retractable Bollards on Shore Boulevard or simply de-map the street. People remove the barricades and drive on the road regardless at times.

The trip up 9th street is steep and has alot going on with the buses and traffic. If possible, using Main Avenue with a left onto 12th Street would be a better and direct connection to Astoria Park.
