very unsafe to cross here in East Elmhurst . wide boulevard and multiple traffic lights and patterns. cars coming from everywhere

23rd Avenue in this part of East Elmhurst is DIRTY. trash everywhere on the sides of streets and a lot of random trucks and cars parked along the corridor , many with people sleeping in them. there’s also a really bad stench. this is DEFINITELY a problem when trying to reach Planeview Park.
