Scooter corrals should definitely be on residential streets. Placing them away from where people live defeats the purpose of having them. If people have to walk half a mile from their home to pick up a scooter and another half a mile to drop it off, they won't use them.

Perfect location. Located across the street from two Riverbay Public Safety surveilance cameras. One located in the Public Safety Kiosk and the other located in the nearby townhouses. This is NOT a dead end. There isn't a single dead-end street in all of Co-op City. Also located across the street from busy basketball courts and children's park with adults/guardians watching their children and the surroundings. Perfect location, and convenient, for those living in townhouses and nearby buildings to pick-up and drop-off their scooters.

Scooter corrals should definitely be on residential side streets. Placing them away from where people live defeats the purpose of having them. If people have to walk half a mile from their home to pick up a scooter and another half a mile to drop it off, they won't use them.

Bartow mall would be a great place for e scooters. Actually, all three center malls (Bartow, Dreiser and Einstein) would make for great locations.

This DOT should work with the developer of the property to see if a station chould be placed within this parking lot. It has a lot of space

This would not be a great location. If it's on the sidewalk close to the mall, it would be better. It should not in the street. We already have parking issue. These projects should offer an alternative but not compromise the transportation that we are using.

Hutchinson River Greenway - Bruckner Expressway Exit Nb - Bruckner Expressway Greenway

This area is highly residential, with a low amount of foot traffic and in front of a highway exit. There is also no space for it on the sidewalk. As it would compromise parking, not a suitable location on the street.

This would be a good location if its on the sidewalk. This is a BAD location if it's on the street. It's a bus stop but there is room in front of the bingo hall on the sidewalk for parking.

This is a high traffic area and would be dangerous for a correl to be placed.

Residential streets are not suitable for this project. We need speed bumps to slow traffic down, not motorized vehicles within the neighborhood . This project should place vehicles in commercial areas,, like Bay Plaza Mall.
