This would be a great spot because of the empty space that would allow both pedestrians to walk and scooters to be maintained

Bronxdale Ave - Morris Park Ave - Rhinelander Ave

South end sidewalk of Bronxdale Ave corner with Morris Park Ave - would be a good intersection, because both avenues will have bike lanes and that side of the block has plenty of sidewalk space and is very wide.
