Busy playground with athletic turf field and Thomas Edison High School next door.

164 St - 84 Rd - Chapin Parkway

This is a great location for e-scooter parking as there is a huge rehab center and nursing home is at this intersection. This would give many nurses and guests another option to the nearby Jamaica Center so they don't have to wait for the Q65, which is usually behind schedule.

Near a major mosque with high pedestrian traffic on the sidewalks, 169th subway, multiple bus stops connecting further east Queens and Nassau, Captain Tilly Park, and a major commercial hub on 169th and Hillside Ave. Last mile option and increased mobility options for people in the neighborhood which is severely underserved

There needs to be e-scooter parking at the Sutphin Boulevard station so LIRR Jamaica station passengers can connect to and from the F train.
