Projects & Initiatives Site Policy

This feedback map is for suggesting parking for the shared e-scooter program taking place in eastern Queens. This area covers Queens Community Boards 7, 8, 11, and 12. Neighborhoods in this area include Flushing, Kew Gardens Hills, and Jamaica.

Please read the "Feedback Map Instructions" page before adding comments to give our planners the most helpful feedback. Please add the markers/pins as close to an intersection as possible. If there is a marker/pin at your suggested intersection, please add another marker/pin. 88 Ave - 153 St - Parsons Boulevard

Lot of bus and subway commuters wait here. Adding a scooter station here would give people alternatives to get home to East and South Queens when the buses are held up in traffic

Put one right next to the subway entrance. There's literally no way 153rd St needs three lanes here, so convert one of the travel lanes while you're at it

Roy Wilkins Park has a community center and a performance space. Should be a destination center for scooter users

Merrick Boulevard - Sayres Ave - Linden Boulevard

Great park access and Linden Blvd bike path is near. Merrick has many bus lines making it an idea multimodal stop for commuters
