Narrows Ave - 76 St - 77 St

First/last stop for the B4 bus. A lot of high school kids used this stop. Access to CitiBike would shorten their travel time to school. Narrows is a pretty quiet street and a good place to ride despite the fact there’s no bike infrastructure
