It is a big intersection going into highway with lots of cars going fast. Will not be suitable for cyclists. Also, it will create more congestion for cars and pedestrians.

Not suitable. Will increase congestion.
It is right next to a movie theater-- pretty much the only one in Bay Ridge. It is also near many bus lines. With a growing network of bikes, I see this as a very popular mode of transportation for people of all ages.
I think it should be on the 86th Street side between 4th and 3rd Avenue. This is important as this is a key transportation hub with the R train, S79 SBS, B1, S53 and numerous other busses 1-2 blocks away. This also will not put it at the busy 4th avenue where a lot of busses dock and turn here, with cars also driving. Moving it to the side of 86th Street will make it safer yet convenient for all
This high school holds lots of students who use bikes afterwards, it is more convenient to put it in a place where high demand is and a ton of student will use it. Furthermore, teachers and other community members will enjoy a dock closer to a train station, bus stop and high school/medical facility.
There is not enough parking, people are already illegally at the pump. Citi Bike is a terrible addition to an already congested neighborhood.
There’s already a path here that leads all along the water. People could get citi bikes along the way and travel all the way from the pier to target and even Rockaway!
Ridge Blvd would be good alternatoive to 3rd ave, as there is not as many cars and I believe there is a bike lane too. Close to library also a bonus
95th street R train station. This would be great
