Entrance to park at Oliver & Shore. Put the bike racks in that weird triangle and avoid taking away parking spots.

Allow folks to ride R to last stop then grab a Citibike for remainder of journey out to Shore Road Promenade, Shore Road Park, Fort Hamilton, etc.

The area is very congested! A school, school buses a church church 2 privates homes and an apartment building.
