Large, odd-shaped intersection near shopping and dining on Third Ave.
Large, odd-shaped intersection near shopping and dining on Third Ave.
No standing zone at T-intersection near a lot of homes.
Good location for bikes. Lots of pedestrian traffic. ADA access is negatively affected by cars that park in the crosswalk, in front of the curb cuts and too close to the intersection. Place docks here so cars can’t park w/in 30 feet of intersection.
If a CitiBike dock is placed here it should be in the street, not in on the sidewalk and not in the park. This will result in bike haters on CB 10 (hi, Doris) complaining about people riding on the sidewalk and pedestrian paths in the park because they’re a bunch of losers arguing in bad faith. They don’t care about anything but where they can park their cars. If driver behavior makes this location unsafe, take away space from cars. Shore Road is wide enough for a Prospect Park West-style bike lane.
This is a congested intersection. Discourage people from driving here by replacing all the car parking with bike parking. It will be much safer for pedestrians.
Need a lot of docks along commercial aves.
Perfect spot near a lot of local destinations. Many people want to ditch their cars and have an alternate mode of transportation.
Not a good location for bikes. Lots of pedestrian traffic and ADA access will be affected negatively by placing bike racks here.
Not an ideal or safe location for city bikes. Lots of pedestrian traffic and will create a hardship for ADA access to businesses. NO Citi bikes here.
Not a good location. There is too much pedestrian traffic, and cars are stopping for local businesses. This will create significant additional congestion.
