This would be a good spot for shoppers at Balady and people visiting Al-Noor Social Center.

This spot is a good connector between Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights, and at present is home to a FedEx Office, a grocery/florist, and martial arts and Pilates studios, and soon will be home to a trampoline park.
This is a tricky T-intersection, and could be calmed further by having a smallish dock here.
There is no reason to put a dock here, because there is a dock right across the street.
Putting a docks on Senator St makes little sense, when there are several docks 1-2 blocks away, and the rest of the neighborhood doesn't have any docks.
Large amount of sidewalk space avoids removing parking spots. Location is in the middle of two subway stations (~4 blocks away from each).
Close to all the transit options on 86th St, but docks can be on less busy block like 85th st.
Yes! Sidewalk next to park a great place to have Citibikes without crowding the streets at a busy intersection
BY GA a resident and fellow bike rider, Ridge Blvd is much to narrow and consists of two way traffic with a bike lane, additionally there are at least three houses of worship between 85 and 75th streets and also 3 schools. As a biker I avoid the area due to the congestion and hazardous condition and are in fear will be hit by autos. As a car driver I worry about parents dropping off children and elderly to church and autos navigating around between the remaining lane and bike path! Bike path and CItibikes should be installed on 4th avenue running parallel to Ridge whereas the road way is 3 x as wide as Ridge Blvd.
Yes! And there is a bike lane already running down Oliver Street from Shore Road. This is a no parking zone on the corner of Marine and Oliver that would be perfect for a bike station
