Good Citi Bike Station location
Good Location for a Citi Bike Station
4 Ave - 23 St - 24 St

The recent completion of protected bike lanes on this portion of 4th Avenue corridor and the continued growth of this residential area makes it well situated for CitiBike. This neighborhood is also limited to only one subway line (R) and limited bus service, so expanding transportation options is necessary. This will also allow access to adjacent Green-Wood Cemetery and Industry City for tourists.

Not suitable for Citi Bike Station
Location Not Suitable for Citi Bike Station
Ft Hamilton Parkway - Micieli Pl - Bills Pl

This section of ft. Hamilton needs a dedicated bike path. Bikers use the sidewalk and it's quite dangerous to walk there sometimes. If there is a bike path install, then a citibike section would be fine.

Good Location for a Citi Bike Station
Prospect Expressway - Prospect Expwy Eb En Ocean Pkwy - Prospect Expressway Exit 5 Eb

The promenade along the south side of prospect expressway is perfect for subway access, little used (except by us dog people), and already paved. Put a large cache of bikes there.

Albemarle Rd - Tehama St - Mcdonald Ave

In front of PS 230 would be perfect for kids and parents to use.

Good Citi Bike Station location
Good Location for a Citi Bike Station
57 St - 6 Ave - 7 Ave

57th St has a bike lane that should have citibike access on it and it would be good to have as many close to 8th Ave to provide access to as many of the businesses on the busy street

Close to the park, plenty of space, and an underserved transportation area!

Caton Ave - Ocean Parkway - Ocean Parkway Bike Path

Nice spot for access to the Greenway bike path, as well as for folks to get to Prospect Park just a few blocks away.

Prospect Park Southwest - Greenwood Ave - Prospect Park Southwest

I wouldn't put a citibike station this close to a playground. Foot traffic is crazy enough with all the strollers and scooters and kids on bikes - no need to add more!
