This area is adjacent to a lot where there is currently no park, but the exits of the lot do not actually back out onto all of the available space. Has the benefit of not taking away exist parking while making use of the space.

As several others have said, stations near the park, parade grounds, and subway entrance (at Caton & St Paul and Church & 18th) are all crucial places to connect residents.

Large grocery store Sahadi's is a popular destination and a station could be useful here

Parking is a nightmare in this area. No need to take parking apaces away from residents. The area is overly congested!
