In front of the library would be a great location for a CitiBike dock. There's a wide sidewalk, riders would have access to the Ft. Hamilton bike lane, and it's a short walk from the subway a block east. This corner also has less pedestrian traffic than the subway entrance/elementary school entrance on Ocean.

Makes perfect sense near the cemetery. To the other commenters saying "no, not near OUR cemetery" - I also enjoy Greenwood cemetery (its all of OURS), and many people could get there much more easily on a bike as none of the entrances are very close to subways. There are bike racks inside every Greenwood gate, but for those who don't own their own bicycle, having a CitiBike option to get to the cemetery gate makes perfect sense. You could also walk thru the cemetery and depart out of a different gate on Citibike if there was a CitiBike station at each gate.

This area is extremely dangerous. Before bringing yet more pedestrians and cyclists to this location to access CitiBikes, DOT should continue working on safety at this intersection. Even after recent upgrades there have still been numerous crashes here. Please put the bike docking stations anywhere else on Church ave rather than here, it will only lead to more injuries and death here.

Location: East 3rd street near the bus stop in front of Rite Aid. There is a lot of space along Rite Aid building for a bike stall, and that bus stop has local and Express buses from Manhattan dropping there. As well its close to the Church Ave Subway. So this location could help provide transit extension. In addition people nearby could take these bikes, go right up 3rd and over Seeley to get into Prospect Park for a recreational bike ride.

The Tennis Center and Parade Grounds are naturals for bike stations--lots of bike traffic thru the park and need for bike station next to recreational facilities.

Look... I don't really think that we should have a Citbike station inside Green-Wood Cemetery but I think it's outrageous that cars are allowed inside the cemetery and bicycles are not. It is time for Green-Wood's managers and owners to emerge from the transportation Dark Ages and realize that a lot of people -- many of whom have loved ones interred at Green-Wood -- use bicycles for transportation and would like to be able to drive their bikes into cemetery grounds rather than being forced to drive a car there.

Citibike dock near the local R train station would be good.
