Good Citi Bike Station location
Good Location for a Citi Bike Station
34 St - 2 Ave - 3 Ave

Add locations on this quiet side street with space for docks between the stairwells; necessary to encourage micromobility options for Industry City to allow easier access to shops, businesses, and services from other parts of the Citibike network.

Good Location for a Citi Bike Station
East 7 St - Friel Pl - Church Ave

The corner of Church Ave and 7th is proximate to existing bikeways on Ocean Pkwy and Argyle St. There is ample sidewalk space at this intersection and this location would support intermodal connectivity with bikes connecting to the multiple bus lines that stop on Ocean Pkwy and Church Ave.

This is a major public pool for south brooklyn, as well as a neighborhood recreation center. A bike stand right in front of the entrance should be considered. Seasonal operation of a temporary overflow stand with a "bike valet" like at Penn station should be considered as well.

Area would be good for a bike station just inside the entrance to the park, would not take street parking, would also keep riders safe by preventing them from stopping in traffic to get off bike.

Good spot for midblock bike station. Parking on south side of street already reserved for DOE, could lose a spot or two without much trouble. Major destination PS 1 and neighboring park.

East and west sides of fourth avenue are good at this location. Good access to Saint Michael's Church, Public School across street, CB7. Would not take parking away from neighborhood, parking spots already reserved for NYPD.

The north side of 41st street would be a good location, especially near the corner. Has good access to middle school, parking already reserved for DOE on that side of street. One or two fewer spaces for DOE wouldn't be missed much

Not suitable for Citi Bike Station
Location Not Suitable for Citi Bike Station
4 Ave - 40 St - 41 St

East side of 4th avenue not good for a bike stand. There is a carwash, gas station, and service garage on this block. High volume of cars coming in and out.

39 St - 4 Ave - 5 Ave

This corner is bad for a bike stand. High volume of turning busses, delivery vehicles, Bike stands would be better in front of the bus depot or the park.

Not suitable for Citi Bike Station
Location Not Suitable for Citi Bike Station
3 Ave - 16 St - Prospect Ave

This is a major entrance to the Gowanus Expressway, and a major inter-borough truck route. This intersection is really dangerous and should not have a bike station
