live in Sunset Park and am a Citibike member, but the closest citibike dock is very far from where many residents live, and is only offered to Industry City workers. I am suggesting a more central Citibike docking station on 5th Avenue and 41st or anywhere along actual Sunset Park
I'm trying to request that Citibike expand here in Sunset Park, 44th st /6th avenue nearest is 36th /2nd ave way too far.
I'd like to please request a citi bike location by the church ave subway or Caton and parade intersection area. This is right next to the parade grounds and a underserved heavy foot trafficked area that could really help in connecting the north and south of prospect park.
Citibike should look into putting bike stations at 69th street Pier in Brooklyn and at the 59th street R train stop. There is a large demand for bikes especially in the summer at the 69th street Brooklyn pier. It will also help the commute to the Pier from the train stations.
Commercial area
Entrance to park, large channelized space.
Located adjacent to grocery store & pharmacy, and a school one block away.
Located near school - expanded mobility access for students.
