This neighborhood is perfect for Citibike. Public transportation is difficult, with the nearest subway being a nearly 20 minute walk, and buses are FEW and far between. This would be an enormously beneficial transportation option especially if linked with major transportation hubs in the area (i.e. placing Citibike hubs near the Roosevelt ave station, near Queensbridge, further east near the Mall, Jamaica stations, etc.)

Would be a great location for easier access to Sunnyside via the 39th Street Bridge.

Ralph Demarco Park Greenway - Shore Boulevard - Astoria Park Greenway

This would be a great terminus for people coming from docks north, south, and east. In addition this t-intersection would really benefit from the traffic calming a dock would bring.

This intersection could use the traffic calming features of a CitiBike dock and is a great location to start off for East-West transit.

SingleCut would be a great location for a dock, but not directly in front of their location so as not to block sidewalk with outdoor seating or block street right in front, as it is a working brewery. The lot next door is accessed from 38th street, so could set up in front of that lot.

Would love a Citibike station near Food Bazaar. 43rd St dock is way too far.

This area desperately needs Citibikes for those of us without cars, when we need to go to Home Depot, Best Buy, etc. This side street is pretty quiet and has plenty of room for a docking station.
