Any corner of 30th Ave & 48th Street would be amazing. It's a long walk from the train to this area of Astoria.

I think it would be a great idea to have a station near the St. Michael's Playground so that both kids and adults can rent bikes

Great place for a station near a commercial strip with a supermarket and restaurants.

I would use a dock here to get to nearby stores. As is, I rarely go there because I could not get to store and back on a single ride without excess fees. SNAP program member.

Not suitable for Citi Bike Station
Location Not Suitable for Citi Bike Station
Ralph Demarco Park Greenway - Shore Boulevard - Astoria Park Greenway

This is so close to an under utilized dock at 19th street, it would be a waste. Biking infrastructure needs improvement. Bike lanes by Astoria Pk are often blocked by pedestrians and more bike traffic , if encouraged, needs no -walking signage. “Dual” use path on Shore Blvd north from here is dangerous for both bikes and peds. Vehicles on narrow part if Shore Blvd road need to be seriously reduced for safety. IMO, make it one way and put in proper bikelane lane past RdM park to ConEd.

I would use a dock in this area. Right now I often incur overtime fees because I am forced to do a round trip on same bike cannot return to central Astoria in the time limit. A dock here would permit me to do my business and take a oneway ride back without more expense. SNAP program member.

Still a lot of families who go to visit their loved ones on Rikers. This would add transit options to that often long journey.
