Playground, (future) Lidl grocery store, Singlecut Brewery (which already sees tons of bike traffic) and Astoria Pizza factory are all located here. The north west corner of 20th Ave. and 37th St. in front of the marble shop has more room for bike's to get on and off. Alternatively, the parking lot around the corner would avoid any ongoing construction currently going on.
