This area is really too crowded for a dock. there are enough issues with pedestrians and shopping area. Try to move dock as far away from this corner along Austin. LIRR access may be opening on Ascan so that would be a better location.

Around the train, people can easily get on and off
Can all the citi bike racks be placed on the median between the service road and the main road (next to the existing bike lanes as opposed to the sidewalk. This will be a better utilization of Space and allows easy access to the existing bike lanes. Also the sidewalks are very crowded and added docks will only encourage bike use on the sidewalk which is dangerous.
67rd and Queens Boulevard, and 68th Drive and Queens boulevard
At the Rego Park Center for the shopping area. please put Citibike stations around.
Put the, when you see a lot of people walking and going to the train station.
Between the subway train station on 71st Forest Hills and the LIRR train station would be great.
