Very close to subway station and queens blvd, not too crowded because it is an off street of queens blvd + wide street for safer access. It is also close to the hospital.

Adding support to the other commenter suggesting a station here. It’s close to a transit hub but far enough from a cluster of bus stops and the subway entrance, which get very crowded with buses and cars.
adding Citibike here, the odd angle of the corner allows wasteful parking space anyway Adding Bike station in wasted parking section with odd angles will benefit the community more than cars with their tails sticking out in odd angles.
