Citi Bike Phase 3 Expansion

Expansion will double the service area & triple the number of bikes, bringing bike share to more New Yorkers than ever before.

Starting in the Fall of 2025, NYC DOT in partnership with Lyft will expand and improve Citi Bike throughout Queens, the Bronx and Brooklyn to meet growing ridership demand and help ensure New Yorkers across the city have equitable access to the system. Service will expand further into Norwood and Riverdale in the Bronx; to Brownsville, East New York, Kensington and Bay Ridge in Brooklyn; and to the West of Flushing Meadows Corona Park in neighborhoods like Forest Hills, Queens. Additionally, high use areas throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn will receive additional Citi Bike stations to meet demands and increase capacity as the network continues to grow.

We have several feedback maps currently open:

Suggest a Station - 2025 Bronx CB7 and CB8
- This feedback map focuses on Bronx Community Boards 7 and 8 - Riverdale and Norwood. It will stay open through the duration of Phase 3 expansion.
Suggest a Station - 2025 Brooklyn CB10
- This feedback map focuses on Brooklyn Community Board 10 - Bay Ridge. It will stay open through the duration of Phase 3 expansion.
Suggest a Station - 2025 Brooklyn CB12
- This feedback map focuses on Brooklyn Community Board 12 - Kensington. It will stay open through the duration of Phase 3 expansion.
Suggest a Station - Infill
- This feedback map focuses on additional stations in areas with existing Citi Bike networks.
