This business is receiving and shipping goods regularly throughout the day and the traffic that travels along Suydam is regularly backed up as a result of double parking. A loading zone would aid the flow of traffic (and this neighborhood business) dramatically.
Very common for people to park illegally and hang out in the right turn lane from Flatbush southbound to parkside westbound.
This whole block between Ocean and Flatbush is an orgy of double parking and travel lane loading. I cannot remember the last time I drove this stretch of road without having to drive in the opposite lane.
Walgreens Duane Reade truck parks and blocks traffic lane instead of using the open curb lane
The B67/69 bus stop Northbound on this corner is often blocked with commercial trucks making things very dangerous for passengers and keeping the bus driver from being able to operate the lift to the curb for people who need that. There should be a big loading zone mid block just north of the bus stop.
Fedex and UPS trucks use this side street as their loading area when no space is available on Coney Island Ave at the 'Postman Joe' mail center, resulting in cars needing to back out of Cary Court back onto Coney Island Ave.

Issue: nowhere for delivery trucks / moving trucks / rideshare etc to stop other than the single lane OR the bike lane creating traffic/blocking bike lane. Solution: remove all parking from side of the street adjacent to bike lane to make that portion loading/unloading only. There isn't the luxury of space for so much street parking here and sufficient garages
