Often there are cars parked in the loading area so trucks park in the lane of traffic to unload.
You removed 2-3 parking spaces on East 91st street between Third and Lex on the corner by CVS where nobody EVER had double parking issues. The trucks all double park on the Avenues (Third Avenue in this case). You’ve done nothing but remove legitimate parking spaces for residents in my neighborhood and solved nothing about the actual double parking in the avenue. Remove the Loading Zones on East 91st steeet and out the loading zones in Third Avenue. Youre decision making skills do nothing but crest worse situations for NY residents over and over and over. Fix this.
