Constant double-parking on the west side of Court Street during weekdays. Please ensure that placard parking is not permitted in the loading zone.
187th Street between Fort Washington and Cabrini is the only commercial block in the area. Delivery trucks consistently double park in the "Y" section near Cabrini each day. A loading zone on both the west and east end of this block would ease congestion.

The driving lanes in this neighborhood is all one way and narrow. I always hear cars honking because a delivery truck is blocking the road or if an food delivery car is double parked. It's quite disruptive.
Loading zone on WEA should extend from West 86th Street north on the east side of the street allowing for continuity from the corner northbound. Without continuity drivers do not use smaller delivery spaces.
The sign says Truck Loading and unloading ONLY, but there are city, state and federal officials that park in the loading zone all day and block business, with permits in their windows. FYI You could designate a space on the commercial street that will not allow permit abuse, by using a commercial zone as a permit parking lot.
Cars are always double parked and there is truck unloading as well. It makes bus movement very hard during busy hours.
Day and night, this is a high frequency conflict area with the food truck parked here, and the bike lane. Pedestrians are frequently in the bike lane, or the food truck is parked too close to the bike lane. Propose moving food truck vendor to west side of 7th Avenue, or if that is not possible parked across the street against traffic to allow for food truck vendor to open canopy to pedestrian sidewalk.
Bike lane is frequently blocked by cargo and trucks during Sunday farmers' market. Propose road diet for a protected bike lane, dedicated bus lane to prevent impeding M7 and M11 buses, and dedicated parking/loading for cargo and trucks.
