Cars illegally parked on hash marked regularly stick out into travel lane cause traffic and accidents. This should be easy to ticket and tow all of them.

Constant driving of cars, and even yellow school buses straight over the designated bike lane. Hundreds of vehicles drive through this bike lane as if it is a regular lane for motorized traffic. Yellow school buses with children on them drive extremely erratically in this area and nothing is done about it until someone gets hurt.
