Frequent double parking here on 3rd from 88th to 89th due to valet parking from Cebu and Chadwick’s
Delivery vehicles, NYPD, and movers always park in bike lane
School buses block the bike lanes every single day. Seems like poor planning.
You put in a double bike lane and took away a car lane and that restricts the flow of traffic and doesn’t allow cars to flow down 6th Avenue because of Holland tunnel traffic. It’s created more congestion than anything else, horns blowing, people fighting.
Tge construction workers double park everyday between the construction site and the green light signal on the west side of Trinity place
Every morning from 7:30am -8:00am and in the afternoon from 2:45pm-3:15pm on Monday - Friday near an elementary school, multiple cars double parked on both sides of the street blocking traffic and preventing cars and buses from going through the narrow roads.
I live on this block, and I have no idea why it seems to be the favorite place to double park. Every single day there are cars, but mostly trucks (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc) double-parking in multiple places on this one block. Traffic always backs up, which causes drivers to honk. This is such a regular occurrence that one wonders if something more is going on.
Many cars parked on the bus lane obstructing bus from driving through. This happened daily.
Cars constantly parking in crosswalk at Flatbush and Clarkson/Woodruff intersection.
