Blocking bike lane all the time
Car KWZ4908 parked on bike line. Very dangerous as this is a busy road. I have picture for evidence as well.

There is a red pickup truck and a sprinter-type van double parked in the bike lane almost every morning (Monday through Friday) on the corner in front of Gemini Floors. Since there is a bus stop across the street there is too much going on here in the mornings and a severe incident is inevitable. There have been several close calls witnessed in the past few months alone.
Busses constantly blocking bike lane extremely dangerous.

You recently made West street (between Green and Huron) a Loading Zone and it's been complete hell for us here. Often there are four or five giant trucks directly under my window. By the way, both my husband and I (both under 40!) have cancer - it's certainly from such an absurd amount of pollution billowing into our window. We're on the second floor, so a truck's upper exhaust is often literally right beside our window. I'm going to lose it. Please remove this loading zone designation of we're suing the city.
Requesting a handicap loading/ unloading zone for handicap individuals seeking medical services at the outpatient rehab facility Empower Rehab located at 2895 Roosevelt Avenue Bronx NY 10465. This is greatly needed for the safety of patients being dropped off by access a ride and other transportations services. When patients are dropped off not having the handicap unloading/ loading zone causes a severe dangerous traffic hazard.
