Requesting a handicap loading/ unloading zone for handicap individuals seeking medical services at the outpatient rehab facility Empower Rehab. This greatly needed for the safety of patients being dropped off by access a ride.

Constant traffic and bike lane blockages caused by unloading of trucks on this two lane road. Parking on both sides of street is contantly full causing delays for buses and danger for bikers

Construction trucks are daily parked on bike lane. Already one death last year. Please help this is a very high traffic area and its so dangerous.

Flagrant constant double and/or triple parking, hazardous at merging at 54th. They even put their own cones out in the street to block traffic.
