I have a business located at 4906 5th Ave, Brooklyn, New York, and I am interested in starting the process of obtaining a loading zone in front of my store. Currently, delivery trucks are forced to double park when making deliveries, which blocks traffic and creates congestion in the area. I would like to know the necessary steps, requirements, and any applications needed to request a designated loading zone at this location.

This is a loading and unloading zone for the store located at 4702 3rd Ave Brooklyn NY, 11220. Please make this a loading and unloading only zone. Trucks are blocking the street when loading and unloading.
