Car been parked on bus station

I am the owner of Laundry Loft, a commercial and retail laundromat at 400 S. 2nd Street, Brooklyn NY 11211, on the south side of Williamsburg near the Williamsburg Bridge. Note: The address was formerly 394 S. 2nd Street prior to two lots being merged. We experience regular double-parking in front of our business from delivery vehicles and rideshare drivers. This blocks the travel lane on S. 2nd Street and creates a safety hazard for cyclists, pedestrians, and other motorists. We are launching commercial laundry pickup and delivery services for local businesses in April 2026, which will increase the frequency of loading and unloading activity at this location. Our delivery vehicle will need safe, legal curb access for regular pickups and drop-offs throughout the week. There is evidence of a prior loading zone at this location — the curb still has faded yellow paint, suggesting this was once a designated loading area. We are requesting that NYC DOT install an official loading zone with proper signage at this location to eliminate double-parking, improve traffic flow, and provide safe curb access for commercial deliveries. Need loading/unloading zone in front of the building. Street always blocked

This stretch of road has double parked cars due to the trinciti roti shop that causes massive traffic jams and delays to the q10 and q80 buses and sometimes affecting q51 bus routes due to backed traffic. Either enforce strict fines regularly especially for repeat offenders or strip street parking and turn the road into a 4 way with bus lanes.

There is a lot of double parking in front of the Dime residence which blocks bus traffic and the rest of the bridge traffic, should get a neighborhood loading zone.

This has become a recurring issue. Vehicles are consistently double-parked, and the prolonged, excessive honking significantly disrupts the normal living conditions of residents in the area. Evenings and weekends, which should be a time for rest and relaxation, have instead turned into periods of nonstop noise and disturbance. There is already considerable traffic-related honking on NYC streets, yet this situation unnecessarily creates additional congestion and noise on a daily basis. The location is adjacent to a police station, and unfortunately, no meaningful action appears to have been taken to address the matter. We respectfully request that this issue be handled fairly and consistently, without selective enforcement, and that appropriate steps be taken to resolve the ongoing disruption.
