Gorman Park here in East Elmhurst is nice! It's a true community gathering for many of the neighborhood kids.
Please use the map below to provide any feedback, concerns, or suggestions you have regarding the Queens Waterfront Greenway. Please be as specific as possible.
This corridor will close gaps in cycling routes from Long Island City to Astoria to East Elmhurst to Fort Totten. Running parallel to the Long Island Sound, this route will improve transportation options throughout New York City's most diverse borough and enhance park access for Queens neighborhoods with limited green space. Connecting these neighborhoods with an active transportation network will particularly benefit Queens residents living within much of the planning area who are underserved by public transit access.

23rd Avenue street is dirty and littered with trash.
So many trucks parked idly on this street. 23rd Ave here in East Elmhurst NEEDS a revamp. The avenue is in terrible conditions. It almost feels like people are living out of these idle vehicles.
This part of East Elmhurst is sinking with potholes. Street cleanup of these streets (and in the Bulova Park too) NEED to be fixed
There's no sidewalk on this side. It's literally just trash and idle cars, trucks, and RVs.
Trucks are always speeding here in East Elmhurst along Astoria Blvd making it very unsafe.
This area should be openly accessible for public use along the Elmjack waterfront in the Astoria Hts part of East Elmhurst. The waterfront is a vital part of this land!
77th St here in East elmhurst . The sidewalks are just unsafe. Protected pedestrian sidewalks would be helpful
It's honestly sad realizing the lack of bike lanes in the District 19. The privatization of much of the waterfront proves a challenge.
College Point Boulevard is certainly wide enough to support the implementation of a PBL.
