Ditmars Blvd seems the most logical, natural barriers, nearest the water and by the airport.

This corridor will close gaps in cycling routes from Long Island City to Astoria to East Elmhurst to Fort Totten. Running parallel to the Long Island Sound, this route will improve transportation options throughout New York City's most diverse borough and enhance park access for Queens neighborhoods with limited green space. Connecting these neighborhoods with an active transportation network will particularly benefit Queens residents living within much of the planning area who are underserved by public transit access.

Not a favorite, intersection here is not ideal.
Avoids this area in general, 8.1 may be interesting if well developed.
Lots of subsidence on the roads, damage from truck traffic.
Frequents these bike lanes, no major issues with them north of Northern Blvd. South of Northern Blvd there are some issues but overall good option.
Most greenway-like feel. A lot of amenities and connections, good opportunity. Zoning proposal for 20th Ave may also mean that this serves a high-density community.
Value in that there are a lot of people who live in that area around College Point.
Waterfront isn't all public, limited views throughout the section apart from a few vistas.
20th Avenue gets really crowded, would divert around 20th to maybe 14th.
Maybe consideration in combination with bus and bike lanes.
