7.3: Lots of traffic and double-parked cars. Might not be worth it in terms of dealing with other traffic. Still won't feel safe with the potential conflicts. Sidewalk is super narrow in some parts of this; in some parts, it's the width of the grate.

Eastward travel: go via the park rather than any of these alternatives.

7.2 is alright until the end where there isn't a connection.

Bridge westward travel: entrance is super narrow and can be easily missed. Prince Street is super crowded. Ideally expanded/extended somewhere.

Northern Blvd bridge isn't great. Not a lot of room to maneuver; have to make a 90-degree angle. Could be an easy fix compared to the whole bridge, perhaps a SIP.

Curb cuts needed in 7.1. Some drainage issues by the columns, so there is gravel/dirt/flooding. Eastbound travel on that gravel section, while westbound is on the sidewalk.

Northern Boulevard - 222 St - Northern Boulevard Bike Path

Coming from Northern Blvd westward is great with the protected bike lane, getting to the pond is awkward (30W exit), where cars sit because they want to get to Northern Blvd, area of conflict.

Connector: 33rd Ave. Community Board 11 suggested connector to downtown Flushing, many interruptions right now for drivers, all the way to Parsons Blvd.

Connector: Utopia Parkway. Buffered bike lane right now with parking on the side. Can potentially be flipped so that bike lane is along the curb instead of parking to upgrade the facility.
