Right across from the school lots of space and well lit.

in front of food-town is right near the train and not much people traffic
Bars! Need bikes! Hopping corner would be well served by a station.
20th Street is happening! Lots of great shops and restaurants there. High need.
Great spot -- busy part of 3rd Avenue -- near Pena Herrera Park plus hotels. More bikes would also discourage the frequent drag racing and other dangerous driving behaviors that happen here.
This location has a public library + apartment building being constructed here, and is near to residences, businesses, and a subway station. It is also along the 4th Avenue protected bike lane-- great spot!
This site is at the intersection of the 58th Street Bike Lane and the planned 2nd Avenue Greenway. It is also near the Brooklyn Army Terminal, NYU Hospital/clinic, and several local businesses. Also near bus stops and ferry, and a school that just opened up. Also would be a good alternative if stops at the Brooklyn Army Terminal or hospital are full.
Location is near entrance to Brookyln Army Terminal and planned 2nd Avenue Greenway/bike route. Also near a park.
This spot is next to a school, as well as a lot of businesses at the old Trolley Barn building on 59th Street. Also is near a hospital and a bike route.
I see people go to the Brooklyn Army Terminal (BAT) on Citibikes all the time, and it is quite far from the nearest station. I would recommend a station near the loop to serve BAT employees, ferry commuters, tourists, families, people on dates, and fishermen who use the pier, and those coming from NYU and other local businesses who park on Pier 4. Plus it is near a bus stop and there are a lot of locations at or near the Brooklyn Army Terminal. I would say a BAT station would probably be an essential location for the expanded network.
